Just create your account and pay online manually each month or set up recurring billing.

PLEASE READ ALL RENTAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR LATE AND LOCK OUT FEES!

Rent is due to the first of the month, after the 7th you are late and will inquire a $10.00 late fee, After the 10th you will inquire an additional $10.00 lockout fee, Total of $20.00 late fees.

NOTE: 

Rent paid online will post to your account immediately, please allow 24 hours for lock removal if you are late

Rent paid per cash or check will post on the 7th of each month. If you are late, we will post your payment on the Saturday of the week you paid. Example, you pay on Thursday, we will post on Saturday,  If you have paid in full, please allow 24 hours for lock removal

Ways to pay:

1. Online with manual payments monthly or you can set up recurring payments

2. Cash, please use our deposit box at our office building, envelopes will be available to use

3. Check, please use our deposit box at our office building, envlelopes will be available to use
